1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting Content to the Site, you grant Tier Forge a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such Content throughout the world in any media.
4. User Responsibilities
4.1 User Content
By posting or sharing content on Tier Forge, you affirm that you have the necessary rights or permissions to do so. You agree not to upload or share any illegal, inappropriate, or offensive content, including but not limited to images or videos of:
- Animal Abuse
- Child Abuse
- Murder
- Child Pornography
- Illegal Pornography
4.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Using the Site for any unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable law.
- Circumventing or interfering with the security of the Site.
- Engaging in abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior.
- Posting false, misleading, or inappropriate content in categories.
5. Prohibited Content
Posting prohibited content will result in:
- Immediate termination of your account.
- Reporting to the authorities.
Additionally, posting content in inappropriate categories (e.g., NSFW content in non-NSFW categories) will result in a ban.
6. Account Management
6.1 Account Creation
Users may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Site. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and keep your account credentials confidential.
6.2 Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms without prior notice. Serious violations or repeat offenses will result in permanent bans and potential legal action.

8. Governing Law

9. Limitation of Liability
Tier Forge provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and does not warrant the performance or availability of the service. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or other issues arising from the use or inability to use the Site. In no event will our liability exceed the amount paid, if any, by you to us during the six (6) months prior to any cause of action arising.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tier Forge, including its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of:
- Your Contributions
- Your use of the Site
- Your breach of these Terms of Service
- Your violation of any rights of another party
11. Electronic Communications
Visiting the Site, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
12. Miscellaneous
12.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, along with any policies or operating rules posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and Tier Forge.
12.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable and does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
12.3 Waiver
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.
12.4 Assignment
Tier Forge may assign any or all of its rights and obligations to others at any time without notice.
